Full Wash

Our Full Wash Superior Arabica Coffee Beans are sourced from the Sidikalang Highlands, located in the North Sumatra region of Indonesia. This area is renowned for its ideal altitude, climate, and fertile volcanic soil, creating the perfect environment for cultivating high-quality Arabica coffee beans. Selectively picked by experienced and dedicated farmers, our coffee beans undergo a meticulous full wash processing method to ensure their superior quality.

Honey

Our Arabica coffee beans undergo the Honey process, a unique processing method in which the coffee beans are dried with some of the coffee pulp still attached to them. This process imparts a unique natural sweetness characteristic to the coffee beans, with flavor notes varying from mild to complex depending on the duration and method of drying. After the drying process, the coffee beans are carefully processed to ensure cleanliness and high quality.

Natural

Natural Arabica coffee refers to Arabica coffee beans processed using the natural method, wherein the beans dry inside the intact coffee fruit. This method is often regarded as providing a more unique and complex finish compared to other processing methods, such as the washed or semi-washed method (honey process).
